How is billing calculated?
You're billed $1 per team member per month. As soon as a user is added to your workspace, they're counted towards the billable cycle for that month. When a user is removed, they're immediately removed from the count of billed users.
What happens if my team has fewer than 3 members?
Teams with fewer than 3 members can still use AverageDay, but their aggregated scores won't be displayed on the dashboard to maintain anonymity. Individual responses are still collected and stored securely.
Can I customize the questions?
Currently, AverageDay uses three research-backed questions: "How was your day?", "How do you feel about your team's workload?", and "How do you feel about tomorrow?". Admins can enable/disable and reorder these questions but cannot create custom questions.
